To secure your desired time, we recommend making reservations early. To make your reservations at Accista Spa, please call 831.657.6734 or book your treatment online at accistaspa.com. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.

When you make your reservation you may request a male or female therapist to provide your services; however we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular service provider. Please communicate with your therapist during your service as all of our licensed therapists are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times.

Please arrive 30 minutes to an hour prior to your appointment to take full advantage of our facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened so that the technician will be on time for the next session.

You will be provided with a robe and sandals upon check in, an draped during your massage. A secured locker will be available for your personal belongings. Accista Spa cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

We respectfully ask that you leave cell phones and electronics turned off and keep conversations to a whisper so that the tranquility of the Accista Spa experience may be preserved.

For your comfort, please advise upon booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities, especially if you have high blood pressure or are pregnant.

Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or appointment reschedules be made at least 24-hours in advance for single services and 48-hours in advance for multiple treatments. Failure to reschedule in advance will result in a 50% charge applied to your credit card. No show appointments will be charged in full.

An Accista gift card is a wonderful way to give health, wellness and beauty to those dear to you. Gift cards are available for any dollar amount or spa treatment/package. They may be purchased online at www.accistaspa.com, over the phone at 831.657.6734 or in person with a spa concierge.

Children under age 16 are not permitted to use the locker rooms. However, some treatments may be available with parental supervision. Please inquire with the spa concierge.

Our staff at Accista Spa is dedicated to exceeding your expectations and creating a memorable spa experience. Service charge are graciously accepted for outstanding service. An additional 19% service charge will be added to each treatment that is completely adjustable by the guest.
